Ten ways to journal and what to write. Never too young/old to log this the time; give of your time smartly.

  1. Start three things you have been putting off
  2. write about how it felt once you completed
  3. affirmation is great to keep the spirit up
  4. draw what you feel amazing therapy
  5. laugh and tell yourself how much you love yourself
  6. add a song that relates to your situation and reflect on your life
  7. supervise different roles and see what role you have put off and needs attending too…wife, mother, employee, friend,
  8. call that friend you have not called for a while
  9. use the pictures, quotes, affirmation to hence you daily LifeJournal
  10. Share your poems, your stories, and drawing in a journal to others’ way not encourage others to write.

  1. Must be consistent, persistent and have a routine; I use a big calendar
  2. Must Understand what the individual your caring is passionate for and try to respect them as a personal choice.
  3. Use reinforcement that they enjoy getting to keep the routine completed; phone, allowance, etc
  4. Develop non-verbal sign language to help reduce stress in the home.
  5. Keep it simple.
  6. Don’t underestimate their ability to choose; Be tolerant with their choice; what happens when you not around; simply observe more and redirect only if absolutely have to, not just you the guardian doesn’t like it especially for those that have adult children in their home. Respect their opinion and style.
  7. It take a family to develop an individual and our surrounding; make the child understands safety rules…; develop codes in case one needs to be picked me up by someone other than usual person guardian…
  8. Observe your child’s passion to start asking what they like and gravitate towards… then and help them plan for career vocation or for high education; they like guitar teach. They like hair; cosmetologists. teaching how to put food on the table. Help your child be independent etc…
  9. Reach out to professional that can help; join a support that will help with resources and information on the topic.

This young girl took it upon herself to start sitting outside parliament with cardboard that read strike for climate change. She has become the Swedish Parliament and speaker at the COP24.

Greta is one of our bright minds presently; she is a climate activist leading the school strike for the Swedish Parliament and speaking for the UN Climate Change Conference and that then went viral for the entire world. She leads the movement. She is focused and determined to make the world aware of how the earth needs help. She attributes this to her Asperger’s Syndrome; making her very driven and insatiable when it comes to how she thinks about our home earth planet. She is shy and none assuming, yet she very acclaimed individual due to her loyalty to saving planet earth and her dedication as a role model. An inspiration to us all.

Bill Gates 1955-present

Bill Gates, one of the richest men in the world. Quite a few autism experts seem to think that he has not been confirmed regarding whether or not Gates falls on the autism spectrum. He does exhibit some common characters on the spectrum. He tends to rock back and forth when concentrating. short quick short and to the point, speech putting no emphasis on tone. And he doesn’t give eye contact while explaining whatever that might be…able to explain very complex math and science topics.

Susan Boyle 1960- present

Ohh, Susan Boyle, I recall when she got on Britain’s Got Talent and Simon picked on her. We all cried her song her voice was crystal clear impeccable.
Susan Boyle a shy girl from Scotland who after that audition sold more than 14 million albums. Susan Boyle went on to inspire others when she announced she had been diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome, a diagnosis that Boyle when she found out, felt “a relief.”

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) affects estimate 5 percent of children in USA. Half of them will continue with those symptoms into adulthood, says the American Psychiatric Association. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention writes that the smaller community the samples numbers with this condition are even higher. Accordingly Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common childhood neurodevelopmental disorders. It affects up to 5 percent of kids in the United States.

Per the American Psychiatric Association (APA), approximately 2.5 percent of adults also live with this disorder. Males are three times more likely to be diagnosed with ADHD than females.

9 Ways you can be more mindful

  1. Notice New things By noticing new things your are engaging in the whets taking place inherently.
  2. Catch yourself being mindless has to avoid noticing the interesting of what happing around inherently.
  3. Check on how think of love ones open up your way of thinking and look at it more mindfully. Don’t let learned negativity creep up in your thoughts.
  4. Be Responsive not reactive stop think awareness, breath, think don’t react, explain you view point, calmly.
  5. Always seek to grow and develop be involved and engaged in your learning.
  6. Check you thought process and change question those belief that belong to ….
  7. Meditating is not the same as solving the issue that is affecting you. So go attach what is not getting done.
  8. Worries of what going to happen doesn’t add any energy to body instead takes away. store energy be ready and rested.
  9. Don’t wait for work and life to be Balance instead do work-life integrate. Work teach one some good strategies and methodologies: use them at home. visa-versa

Then, as an experiment, half of them were told to view their work as exercise, just like going to a gym. In other words, they were told to think differently about their work — to notice it in a new way.”

Those individual that did change thought perception did loose weight and their Blood Pressure went down.
