7. Compete with your self and be gentel with your mind. Sleep rather then fight and argue get some rest and drink water. Fasting is good just feel your self biofeed back your heat, your skin hair, the birds, beacon….
8. Hobbies: must find a hobby and a group to support it…
9. Find a purpose a passion and work at it believe in your self and yes raise your hands to the almighty: Mother Nature and it creator…
