- write about how it felt once you completed
- affirmation is great to keep the spirit up
- draw what you feel amazing therapy
- laugh and tell yourself how much you love yourself
- add a song that relates to your situation and reflect on your life
- supervise different roles and see what role you have put off and needs attending too…wife, mother, employee, friend,
- call that friend you have not called for a while
- use the pictures, quotes, affirmation to hence you daily LifeJournal
- Share your poems, your stories, and drawing in a journal to others’ way not encourage others to write.
