Did anyone ever actually practice Positive psychology science of happiness; Pp-Sh-it’s time around you? Your mom, dad, brother etc. And told that’s what they were teaching you at home. I heard more traditional psychology “tell me what’s making you sad?

What is positive psychology? How do stay positive? Nontraditional Pp-Sh…focuses on what is right in our strength and inner powers. And they do have strategy on how to practice and apply as well teach it to others on how stay positive?
Let’s start with the emotion: I don’t know about you I am very sensitive and need to brain rinse my thought, I happen to get upset or angry when hungry, tired, frustrate, sleepy… In spite of my genetic disposition, I enjoy genuine people. I try listen and engage.
I know that physical activity helps to brain fog…I use the cold shower or pool as to help/shock my nervous system back into alignment and balance.
I love to create, and it allow me to feel at ease once again able continuing my daily workflow. How do I stay positive I trying to stay positive with prayer-spirituality and my problems shelve my negative feelings time heals my pain.
I just learned steps on how to practice Positive Science of Happiness:
I came across two acronyms. Positive Psychology Science of happiness.
1. Martin Seligman: PERM
2. Tal Ben Shahar: SPIRE
3. These two acronyms -give organizational structure to one’s mind on how to think when applying the key capsules acronyms when practicing Pp-Sh-it’s time…and goes like this:

First ask yourself do you practice 5 elements of Positive psychology as to obtain wellbeing and well-rounded joy and how often do you prace it?
How to you practice PERMA? by Martin Sligman
Practice using the scale of the Positive Emotion. We encourage stay positive and only engage negative scale as to heal properly from a grievance, trauma, violence this usually under a qualified professional.
I learned with Martin Seligman and Tal Ben Shar we must focus on what’s right about us and our strength. We practice SPIRE every day since I learned.
Engaging positive behavior even our habits if need be shift them or stopped as have your goals accomplished.
Relationship is the key the light and the love and enlightenment our energy to get up in the mornings. Less toxic people the better for one’s well-being.
Accomplishment’s, engagement has to do with setting goals that your passionate about keep in the flow flourishing with relationships that support you.
PERMA all having do with your integrity to yourself and others. You wake and say or PERMA this daily ask and do as the acronym suggest. The same with SPIRE.
Finally, I personally use SPIRE Tal Ben Sharah and has five elements of positive well-being:
Spirituality- I get to meditate, prayers, be gratefull.
Physical Fitness-20 second rule. I take 5minute mental vacation.
Intellectuality- My passion writing, dancing, drawing, etc
Relationship-love is important and moral, emotional support.
Engagement-truly listen with sincerity, drop the phone.
These acronyms help me know I am using positive. My emotions are feeling not choices.
Don’t forget acknowledge your feelings keep them positive. But when we get negative feelings that ok rinse the cycle in your brain and remember feeling of emotions are not choices… think of right with you; your strengths your powers; and the song lyrics says you can always buy yourself some flowers, write name sand… get the picture stay resilient, optimistic…SPIRE.
